BRANDING

Brand Book

Above is a sample of pages from the brand book.

Write Label was looking for a way to define who they were to those inside and outside the company. They also wanted to define guidelines around how the brand should be conveyed in communication.

I designed a brand book that embodies the brand’s tone as well as its visual identity. It’s meant to inspire and inform.

Surgery Center Logo

When you walk into Millennium Surgery Center you’re met with photos and paintings of the majestic, but tranquil Idaho mountain landscapes. Incoming patients are soothed by the subdued blues and greens of the interior.

I wanted the logo to give the same feeling someone has when walking into the surgery center. The peaks of the mountain in the mark are meant to follow after the mountain peaks seen in Idaho’s Sawtooth and Teton mountains. Etched from the inside contours of the mountain mark is the shape of an ‘M’ for Millennium.

Restaurant Supply Logo

While its name sounds generic, Restaurant Discount Warehouse prided itself in customer service and quick delivery.

I thought a good a way to convey what RDW was all about was to combine the money-saving benefits of buying direct from a warehouse with the service of a fine dining restaurant.

What better way to show this than a forklift being driven by a tux-wearing waiter holding a platter? The arm of the fork-lift mimics a waiter’s hoisting above him a platter of food.

Social App Logo

Digits was a concept for location-based social app. It provided users an intimate way of connecting by letting them know who else with the app was nearby.

The logo design was simple, but unique. Inside the D are two intersecting lines. These lines represent the connections that can be created in the app between a group of people.
